Because all our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner (Printify), we handle returns and refunds a little differently from traditional stores. Please read below for the details.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We gladly offer free replacements or full refunds for items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Have manufacturing defects

  • Are the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund after confirming the situation with the carrier.


Non-Returnable Items

Since every product is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Wrong size or color ordered by mistake (please check sizing charts carefully!)

  • Minor differences in color due to screen display settings


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes or cancel orders.


How Refunds Are Processed

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
