Because all our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner (Printify), we handle returns and refunds a little differently from traditional stores. Please read below for the details.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We gladly offer free replacements or full refunds for items that:

Arrive damaged

Have manufacturing defects

Are the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered
To request a replacement or refund:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund after confirming the situation with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Since every product is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong size or color ordered by mistake (please check sizing charts carefully!)

Minor differences in color due to screen display settings
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production begins and we are unable to make changes or cancel orders.
How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
